Team
Dedication. Expertise. Passion.
Our bookkeeping assistants work closely with a dedicated group of clients, allowing them to maintain continuity and in-depth knowledge of each client’s financial records. Their responsibilities include transaction entry, bank and credit card reconciliations, classifying income and expenses, and preparing financial reports. They also handle accounts payable and receivable, assist with monthly and quarterly closings, and ensure all records are accurate, organized, and up to date. Proficient in QuickBooks, they deliver consistent, client-focused bookkeeping support.
About Me
Today, I lead a small remote team delivering accurate, U.S.-standard bookkeeping for CPA firms and small businesses — with a focus on the trucking and construction industries.

At Flux Bookkeeping, we currently support 12 active U.S.-based clients, managing bookkeeping for 28 separate companies in the trucking, construction, and service industries.
We’re now expanding our client base, offering reliable, U.S.-standard remote bookkeeping to CPA firms and business owners who need clean, accurate financials — with no need for training, oversight, or in-house staff.
